- Rice noodles400 ml 
- coconut milk
- 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves 2-3 finely chopped green chilies
- 2-3 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
- Chopped spring onions
- Chopped coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- Garlic chutney
- Schezwan chutney
- ½ lemon juice
- Water Salt

Process:

1.Heat some oil and sauté garlic, green chilies, and gram flour until well roasted.

2.Now add coconut milk and mix well.Add water as needed and salt to taste, and continue stirring until it comes to a boil.

3.The coconut soup for the Khow Suey is ready.Now, in a bowl, take some papdi, rice noodles, green onions, and coriander leaves.

4.Add garlic chutney, chaat masala, Schezwan chutney, and lemon juice.Pour the hot coconut soup.Garnish with some papdi,
